  Normally, you will receive the parcel within 10-15 business days after you place the order.  

• If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (Email address:support@longer3d.com.), they will reply to you within 24 hours (except on weekends) and give you further information and some useful advice.
• But please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
